I need to make a choice of a one of these breeds so I can get my puppy. I'm active but don't know how active versus subdued and how much each of these breeds require as pertains to daily walking. I can't drive; so, dog parks are out. Anyone?

Use the Internet to your advantage and research the breeds. My Aunt raised Bassets and their legs develop problems because they're long and low to the ground and tend to be heavy. If you don't find your answers on-line try the library.
