How long does it take for video points to show?

Sometimes it only takes minutes, sometimes hours. I have also had to upload the same video a few times because for some reason it didn't work the first time. YOu get an email either way, if its ready and also if it didn't work.

They send you a message telling you it has been uploaded, videos sometimes take longer.

They will send you an email saying that you have a "message from zootoo". That message usually is that your video has been successfully uploaded. This takes a little bit of time but once you have that email, you should see the points reflected in your total.

I have had issued with it. I uploaded videos @ 11:30pm and they didnt show up until 7 am the next day.

They'll send you an email and let you know when it's uploaded

Usually zootoo will send u email to let u know if the video was accpeted & then ur point's will be added.If the video was not accepted u will not get the point's. But only takes a few minutes & ur points will show up. Hope this help's.

I find that my points automatically show up. Maybe if you get rid of the video and then retry uploading it, that may help. If not I would connect the system which can be found at the bottom of the page.

i think they update the points at night. so you should probably see the points tomorrow

For me, it usually takes about three or four minutes.

My points usually reflect once the video uploads and shows on your page. If a video doesn't upload you should try uploading it again or contact zootoo.
