Yes, after you upload the video it has to be "approved" by a zootoo guru (for lack of better words, haha). It has taken up to 30 minutes for mine to show up before. When it is "active", you should receive a message.

It takes a few minutes to upload (and have them registered on the site)- but if its still black, your upload may be too big. Best to check with support@zootoo.com
