I have three cats who always throw up their food. They each throw it up at least twice a week. I thought it was because they were eating to fast. Am I right?

How long has this been going on? If it's a recent thing, I would get them in to the vet pronto to rule out any sudden sickness or poisoning.
Otherwise, keep trying them on healthy, natural foods, preferably half dry food and half raw food.
Half the stuff in the stores these days is absolute junk - Purina Cat Chow, Nine Lives, Dad's, Sophisticat, Friskies, Fancy Feast, The GoodLife Recipe - they are full of dyes and corn. Read my take on pet food on this site by checking out the food reviews for Authority Harvest-Baked and Kibbles n' Bits - this is true for all processed pet foods.
Your cats may be quesy from the change in diet, but fresh food will do wonders for their system.
Good luck with your kitties!

One of our cats will barf if he drinks a lot of water right after he eats--We take his water bowl away while he's eating for about 20 minutes in the morning--that's the time he usually tosses his cookies --He eats pretty fast. The incidents have reduced tremendously!!

My cat use to do that, when I fed her commercial food. Now I have switched her to all natural organic food, from a health food store for animals, and it has stopped. I know with my sensitive stomached cat, it was the commercial food. Anyway its bad for them.

well if you cat eat way to fast or drinks to fast and later runs around or something then yeah it will throw up

Please consult your vet to rule out any serious health issues. It may be something as simple as hairballs. Or possibly just eating too much too fast.

You don't mention what they are eating. It is more likely to be dyes or additives in the food if they are vomiting soon after eating. Red dye 40 is notorious for causing digestive problems and it is in many dry and canned foods. Check the food lables for red dye, blue dye and yellow dye. You may want to try some of the canned and dry foods with out additives/dyes. Also, some cats have problems digesting.
grains in cat food so there are grain-free products available.
You should also discuss this with your veterinarian as there are various ailments that can cause nausea and repeated vomiting of food (ie,CRF).
