HELP! I UPLOADED VIDEO'S BUT THEY ARE NOT ON ZOOTOO.

I have trouble getting my videos on also. When I have had trouble in the past if I can't fix it myself, I would call general help at zootoo 1-877-580-7387, you can find other helpful numbers at the bottom page and click on contact us.

I've only uploaded one video, but it seemed to pop up fine...after a short bit of time. If you've given it a lot of time, I agree that you should try uploading them again. Perhaps if you do one a day instead of several at once that will help?

Per the site in the posting area it can take anywhere from 2 minutes to several hours - and I have had it take almost a full day in the past. If it has really been a while than definately re-post, zootoo will remove duplicate videos. Just remember that if they dont remove the duplicates you will lose points for deleting them (even if you didnt get points for them in the first place). so be careful!

Yesterday I also uploaded vidios they all came up. I always check my points before I start to upload. If they have not changed I reload them. I haven't had a problem yet. I don't get doubles unless I forget which ones I uploaded. Good luck You might try to upload later in the night or early morning. I do them 5 or 6 AM or 10to 12 PM

I contacted zootoo, Because I noticed I didn't have the 75 points, so they are on it!

I also uploaded videos last night and they have not been posted yet. I guess I'll reload and send an email to ZooToo, though they don't always reply.

This occasionally happens to many Zootooers! We have more or less come to call these videos "Lost In Cyberspace". They sometimes vanish forever, but other times they miraculously resurface, sometimes as much as four weeks later! If your videos don't quickly register on Zootoo, you can either wait longer OR re-upload the videos and see if they post the second time. You may eventually end up with duplicate postings, but the duplicates can be deleted. I usually wait until the following morning; if the video still hasn't posted, I resubmit it.

It may take a few days sometimes even weeks. I have the same problem when I try to up load videos. I uploaded about 3 one day, I waited a few days to see if they made it, nothing!! So I uploaded them again, a few days later they all came through and in doubles!!

I have not personaly uploaded a video but I have ran across this same question and learned from reading the answers others had wrote, that it takes up to a couple of days for it to post and zootoo will email you when it does.
