Has anyone heard/seen anything about the Petco Calendar contest?

Just curious as the contest page still has it listed as ending in August and that the winners will be announced in September. As it's almost the middle of October I was thinking there should be some kind of update. Am I missing something? Or are they just behind? I did notice that Petco has more photo contests listed, are they busy with that? Odd.

I emailed Petco and received the response from them today as follows:
"Please accept our apologies for the delay in our yearly calendar. We have run into some unforeseeable delays that could not be avoided. We are hoping to announce the winners within the month, but do not have an exact date at this time. Winners will be contacted by email and the calendar will be for sale shortly following. It will be available for purchase on PETCO.com."

I've been waiting and searching as well and have found nothing, except for the winners of last year's contest. Of course it looks like last year their deadline was in July so maybe they just need more time. Guess that is their choice, but it would be nice to know. Nothing we can do but keep checking.
