Yes, we hand-raised a litter of 4 kittens from the age of 10 days on. This included bottle feedings every 4 hours until they were weaned. It was a lot of work but they all survived so it was worth it. Don't remember them being peculiar but we have a 6 month old kitten who was a rescue that loves to knead on my bathrobe and would love to nurse on my arm if he could manage to get enough skin in his mouth...have gotten nipped a couple of times so when he starts in the kneading motion he gets extracted.

I found a box of 3 or 4 week old kittens and raised them. I kept two and they are the best cats ever! My orange tabby thinks he's a person and just LOVES to give kisses. If you don't pay attention to him he'll pull your shirt collar to his face.
