just on news. if you push the button where it has your points, it tells you what you can get points on, how many, and how many per day you can get for each thing. i found that helpful =)

No points for comments on pictures, just question answers and commenting on news items. Of course some of the pictures here deserve commenting... Who is that lady in a box that keeps coming up on Pet Wars? ;)

You don't get points for comments of other people's pictures. Just comments on news articles.
