You can try Walmart or your local pet store. They have them in most Walmarts though for a decent price.

I got my reflective vest at Petsmart. They had different sizes for dogs. They vest is Blazin orange and had reflective strips; attaches to dog collars. Works Great! Also, available is reflective collars and leaches, that are also blazin orange.

You can also go to the fabric shop and by buy reflective strips or fabric. You can use an old dog garment as a template or use an "adopt me" vest template which is perfect. You can also google vest templates.
You will save a lot of money and you may enjoy making it.

My walmart has them now, they are from ASPCA. The ASPCA is now selling pet supplies at walmarts. You may want to check and see if yours has one, they have alot of great things like a flashing safety light leash. If not you can visit the ASPCA.org and look for them. Kind of pricey online and cheaper at wal-mart.
