Did you know this about product review videos

I'm not sure why they would delete it and take away your points. Why don't they just remove it from the review? It is still a video of your pet. It should still count. I would contact them. That's not completely fair.

Its all very subjective too and there is NOTHING you can do about it. During the last contest my roommate had dozens of reviews and pictures deleted with no explanation. Once he sent a note about it and they said it was because no product was shown, yet there was still another picture (taken at the same time) showing the product being used. I dont know who is actually doing the editing at zootoo, but I dont think everyone is being judged the same. (This will probably disappear as well.)

Yes, I was (or BECAME) aware of this--once I lost points. I have submitted video and photo product reviews where my cats WERE using the product yet they were still deleted at times. In one instance, Zootoo stated that my video review was deleted because it did not show my pet using the product, but my cat WAS playing with the toy. I suppose Zootoo just didn't like how my cat plays!!!

Some products are not conducive to being shown in use by a pet; these should be exempt from that requirement, but they apparently are not.
