Did you know about Palin's support and promotion of aerial hunting?

As governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin has proposed paying a $150 bounty for the foreleg of each dead wolf. The aerial hunting program she champions has already killed nearly 800 wolves. She’s opposed efforts to save America’s polar bears from extinction. She’s fought against efforts to save some of the world’s most endangered beluga whales.

At nearly every opportunity, Governor Palin has sided with Big Oil, mining companies, wealthy trophy hunters and other entrenched special interests in support of policies that would greatly harm the wild animals we treasure.

Well if she keeps this act up her grandchild may not know some of these wonderful animals! Has she thought about that?

I cant even imagine that these things werent released before she was chosen to be the vice-presidential candidate. I am scared, truly scared, that someone with so little regard for animals may be the second in commmand of our country. I think if someone isnt compassionate about innocent animals, then they have a real issue and may be lacking in important empathetic and sympathetic emotional ability. Compassion, honor and strength are just a few of the characterstics necessary (jmho) for a good leader and I am struggling to find these qualities in Palin.

The possible election of McCain and this woman is very frightening. Most people in this country were not aware of her and her record. As and environmentalist and animal rights advocate I was very aware of her. Ever since I heard that John McCain had picked her as VP running mate, I have been bummed out.

I personally think she is a nut who I wouldn't trust with A ROCK, let alone my country! There is a difference between CONSERVATIVE and CLOSED-MINDED.

Sadly, yes. This sickens me. She is not for the animals!
She is not for me. Shame, too, because I thought since she had so many children she would appreciate all forms of life.
