'cast vote' button is not there

I cast 5 votes for my STHS shelter this morning then tried to vote again when the entire voting page changed layout. No 'cast vote' button to be found. Am I the only voter having this problem?

Maybe you clicked to the "standings" page? That is the page that looks very similar to the vote page, but it has the current rank of vote counts on it, and it's not a page on which you can cast votes.
