My mother is a ZooToo member and participates to support Angel Acres Horse Haven Rescue. My Dad would also like to help by participating on the site but they only have one pet. Doe each person in a household that participates have to have a specific pet that belongs to them to be a member of Zootoo?

The more the merrier!(?) There is no requirement that a Zootooer have a pet. As others have pointed out, this is a site for pet lovers (but even non-lovers may join). It is mostly designed for pet product reviews and would therefore have varying degrees of usefulness for pet vs. nonpet owners, but Zootoo is also a social website and has varying degrees of attractiveness in that regard. As long as household members have distinct e-mail addresses
(for verification purposes), any household member age 13+ should be able to join.

My boyfriend & I both use zootoo & we have the same pets. I take the pictures though & he uploads mine. I would tell your parents to upload different pictures or differently named photos to avoid having zootoo think they are cheating. After he uploaded one of the same pics I had, I got an email that they suspected foul play. That is the only thing I was thinking it could be. I think it somehow knows when duplicate files are uploaded.

It is for animal lovers. So, you are just fine being on Zootoo.

I don't see why -- as long as you love pets! or animals in general. But come to think of it -- I don't really know for sure.
