I recently had my dog eating Canidae All Life Stages Lamb & Rice formula. He had a really hard time-digestion was off, runny poop, grumbling tummy. I had even transitioned him on to it slowly and his problems continued the whole time he was on the stuff. I just now took him off and transitioned him onto an Eagle Pack Holistic variety. My question is just whether this is typical for this type of Canidae food. I have read elsewhere on the net that people are having trouble with this food. Any experiences out there?

Some of the Canidae was recalled, make sure this isn't the case for that food.

They have had known problems since they changed formulas.

I've not had that problem with it and i feed it pretty consistently hereto my six.I have heard other people having problems with it also.If your dog does well and you like what you see then I'd say stay with the eagle pack.it's a good food too.
