I didn't read all the answers, but....NEITHER! Volunteer at your shelter if you have extra time, you'll see that there is no need for intentional breeding of any species.
A good alternative would be to foster kittens or puppies for your local shelter. Chances are they need some good foster homes.

I definitely dont think you should breed more cats. I work at a shelter and we have well over 200 cats in our system that are homeless. I highly recommend that you check out your local shelter and see all the cats without homes before you willingly bring more cats into the world. It might make you think twice.

Please don't breed. As it has been said by many already, there are too many animals that die every year because of over population. Why not try fostering? Our local shelter is always looking for good foster homes for puppies and kittens. Your home would be a temporary place for these animals to stay until they are old enough or healthy enough to go to their forever home.

Please don't breed cats!!!!!!!!!!!!! our shelters are full of cats and kittens that need homes. Breeding will only make more cats and kittens. Please, please..do not breed or buy while shelter pets die.
