All my pics and videos disappeared

Answering the first part of your question ... when you write a journal and include the name of one of your pets, a photo is automatically included. They are not designed to be removed. Before you "post" the journal entry, check the column under the "theme" menu and notice if it says this story includes "pet name". You can un-check those that are checked if for some reason you do not want the little photo up there.

Have you got them back yet? Are they all airedales? Hello...hello...?

Have you tried clicking on an empty frame to see if the pic comes up?
