Adding a photo to my picklist

Can someone please tell me how to add one of my photos to my pick list. Before you answer...

I have tried going to to my profile and clicking on the picture but there is no options to "add to picklist"

I have tried going to MY Zoo and finding the photo, but I can not click on any of the photos in my galleries to open them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to share the photo with my friends on zootoo and can't figure any better method to do so.
