Q: Why won't my photos upload?

I tried to upload a photo to my journal and I got a message saying the file was invalid. I tried to upload a photo that I previously uploaded on zootoo and it said that one was invalid, too. What's going on?

Did you contact the zoo? There seem to be some other problems, too. Daryl told me so view some photos she posted, but when I went to find them on her page, all of the pics were mixed in with the words, and I couldn't view them. Good luck, Kathy, and let me know how it all works out.

I keep getting the same message...something about photo type invalid. Its so frustrating when they "fix" things! I emailed zootoo, but haven't heard anything.

Go into "Account" under My Zootoo. There is a section for uploading photos. Make sure "regular" is checked instead of "beta." This helped solve the problem for me.
