Why is this happening?
I tried to change the picture on my pet's profiles. It will download the picture but not change it, or sometimes it changes it for a few minutes and then it changes back to the old one.
Why does this happen? How can I fix it?

I had the same problem. I changed one of my pets pictures & it stayed for a couple of days & then the new picture disappeared & the old one took its place. I tried to change it again & the same thing happened. I finally emailed ZooToo & they took care of it within a day. Since then I haven't had any problems.

I've been having the same problem. My first profile pic disappeared, I asked about it in here, zootoo read my question & emailed me about it! My old pic still hasn't shown up & now the new pic won't show up on my page.

The Same thing happened to me today, I would email Zootoo although they probably are already aware of the problem

I had this problem a few weeks ago when I changed Max's picture. I tried 4 times! Finally about 2 days later it changed on its own. Then I had to go back in zoo pictures and delete all the repeat pictures. Not sure why it took so long. Must be a glitch or something.

This must be a problem zootoo is having. You should probably email them and tell them about it so they can fix it.
