First lets defign "well to do animal shelters." Even those shelters that appear to have lots of funding, I believe, they recieve funding from donations, not profit. Yes, some shelters are larger, and able to provide better care to their animals, but I would not consider them greedy.

I personally like to see how many people want to get involved. I have tried allot of things to get people to join and do somethings on it. I guess allot of people just don't have the time.
