Q: why do cats have tails?
i dont know much about cats even though i have two and i was just wondering. dogs have tails and use them to tell their feelings, what do cats use their tails for? i've heard for balance. Is that true?

Cats have tails for balance and for communication. There are a few cats that are born without tails, like the manx.
