sometimes zootoo removes products and when that happens everyone who has reviews that product losses 20 points.

I think this would be a good question to ask zootoo directly. Go to "Contact Us" on the bottom of the page and email them. I too would be curious of their answer.

I know a couple of days ago I had 508 points and a hour later I had 480! I was wondering the same thing.

that's stupid that they take away points if you're honest! isn't the point of the review to know if a product/service good or bad?

I think they take away points if the review is bad or if the product you reviewed is bad.
