Q: WHY CANT I GET POINTS
I AM TRYING TO HELP MY SHELTER WIN A MAKE OVER BUT NOTHING I DO IS GETTING ME POINTS. IVE BEEN TRYING FOREVER! CAN ANYONE HELP?

I have sometimes had a lag between activities and points showing up. I would keep on trying and in the meantime contact ZooToo. Good Luck!

Just follow directions and points will add up. Sometimes there is a delay. Make sure you are logged in.

You need to start with "You Zoo" on the far right of the tabs at the top of your screen.
