Q: Why can't I comment on some journals -

I am not around much and found a journal i wanted to comment on and it said " no further comments " or something like that. Do you know why this says this ?

Maybe they have limited the comments to friends only or no comments. IDK.. it's probably one of those.

from what i see people do that becase they did not like the comments that were already there. or want to keep certaing people out. sometimes it is because they have blocked them
