Q: Why aren't my pictures changed?

i've changed my dogs' pictures like two times already, and it goes to the one before i changed it! does zootoo just have fleas or is there something wrong?

You might try e-mailing Zootoo with help for this....I've had problems with videos, too. It took a while, but they finally resolved the issue. Fleas, maybe...or some kind of bugs! :) Good Luck!

I had the same exact problem. I finally emailed ZooToo & they got it all straightened out.
