Q: Why am I not getting credit when I send an email to my friends to join?

I'm not sure what causes that. My wife had the same problem when I joined and her sister joined. It can be frustrating. Let me know if you figure it out.

I have had similar problems. Zootoo is a relatively new site and want to hear everyones improvements/questions/concerns. Send them an email (they are busy with news interviews, etc I am sure!). If you dont hear back, kindly remind them.

another zootooer, alysha200101, had that same problem. Contact zootoo and let them know about the problem.

I've been missing points on certain days and from several different problems. I HAVE heard that it is hard to get Zootoo to answer your requests. I had an idea for a story and I never heard back on it. Many of the photos I try to include in my journal entries, or other areas are not being included even though it shows they were uploaded. That gets frustrating, because I specifically pick my photos to match the story, or answer, etc. Good luck with your problem; zootoo seems to have some serious "bug" issues.

I don't know. Somebody else just posted they weren't getting credits for posting pics. It's hard to get Zoo Too to answer your requests, or get an answer from them sometimes.
