Q: Who would our pets vote for?

It's election day in the US. Who would our pets vote for? Would dogs and cats vote differently? Would there be a rodent coalition? Would reptiles vote as a bloc?

Clover would vote for Obama, cause she is shelter alumni and Obama likes shelter dogs! Yea....

Mia is my baby so she would probably follow me with Obama. Mackie is Sean's baby so he would probably go McCain.
The bulldog is a cranky old man himself so he'd vote for McCain on his own.

The humane society came out advocating Obama which might have some influence on the voting choices of our animal population.

I was hoping to see some pleasant and funny answers to this question....I have guinea pigs so I'm sure they would cast their pellets for the person who would give them the best "homeland" cage security, clean water and unlimited veggies. So, their one an choice would have to be....... ME! :-)

I think our pets would vote for Obama because they see all the cruel things that Sarah Palin does to animals. especially wolves, since the dogs are descendanets of wolves they probably aren't to happy with the shooting from planes thing.

All animals would stick together! Vote FOR THE ANIMALS.
And of course, that means NO Republican VP.
Usually, info. can be found on government sites about the animal "Compassion Index" of legislators. But these animals only need to SEE the photos of their sister and brother animals: stuffed, heads mounted and hanging on the walls, antlers piled in yards... Photos of so many wearing fur when not needed by absolute necessity. Animals gutted...blood all over. And the clincher, aerial videos of wolves writhing in pain...and still running to escape the hunters bullets.
And the whales are now threatened in Alaska...and salmon spawning...and polar bears and brown bears...wolf cubs!
And there is more, more, more...
For the animals, "A picture is worth more than a thousand words." The animal call would go out, BIG TIME. And if you think their will be long lines to wait to vote...Ha!...see what the animals will do. Lines for miles.
The horses would gallop at full speed>>>> to vote! Obama is 100%+ against HORSE SLAUGHTER! The horses would vote so a ban on horse slaughter bill will FINALLY free them, January 2009!
Thankfully, we hear the animals. We are their voice.
