Q: where is the shelter competition please, thanks..

I added hcac as the shelter I was trying to get help with, but they willnot change the chip on the dog I adopted from them to my name and want to change it please. thanks.

If you are talking about a micro (ID) chip...You need to find the chip manufacturer, and contact them. Have your vet scan the chip & tell you who the manufactuer is. then look up the manufacturer & contact them. Hope this helps. I got a dog from a rescue group who had a chip but the chip wasn't in anyones name, so I didn't have a problem putting her chip in my name. Good luck.
