My ex used to have snakes that ate live mice! They would not eat pre-killed. He never had a problem buying them at the acqaurium store we frequented. After awhile, he started breeding them in the basement. It should be fairly easy to check your local phonebook and call around to see who may carry live feeder mice!

you DON'T. Pet reptiles (those that eat mice, and many reptile species do not) should be fed prekilled, frozen mice that have been thawed out and warmed up to proper temperatures.

In my garage? (There really are some down there!)

Probably a pet store that sells snakes and whatnot!
