Q: Where can I buy Gimets Topini cat treats?

I am having a hard time finding someone where to buy Gimets Topini cat treats anywhere but through Amazon which you have to pay an arm and a leg for shipping. Does anyone know of a much more reasonable price to purchase them online or a store that sells them around the Portland Metro area in Oregon? I would greatly appreciate any input.
