Q: Whenever I try to add pictures or change information, nothing happens!!

If I put the mouse over buttons such as "Add Picture" or "Add Pet" in MyZooToo, it says the web address is a JavaScriptError:0. If I click on the buttons and try to add pics or information, it says it is "updating the site" but nothing ever happens. It stays on the same page but never opens a window to upload pictures or provide information. I have emailed tech support but they are not helping at ALL. Is this something others have dealt with; if so, any suggestions??? It is VERY frustrating!!!

It could be a problem with your internet connection. If your connection is too slow for the upload than the site might reset before its done and cause a conflict which is why you are getting the error.

Here's something I always try first: Clear your cache and remove ALL cookies. Quit your browser and restart your browser.
