You can't train a guinea pig not to bite. Most won't nibble at all, but there are those that want snacks all the time and will nibble your fingers or sking in the hopes it's food. I would loosely wrap your guinea pig like a baby bunting so it's face is sticking out. This will make it feel more secure when you hold it...not tightly...loosely. When they try to nip after being held, it usually means they need to go to the bathroom and since they can't tell you, they are warning you with the nipping. Keep snacks available when you hold it so it will nibble those instead of you. It will also want to be held more often because it will remember you give it snacks when it's held.
