Q: When will my cat have her kittens?

My cat is pregnant and she has been really loving latelly which isn't really like her. She has also started removing hair from around her nipples. She don't like her back legs or back to be messed with. Can this mean she is about to have her babies?

keep an eye on her nipples. when they start to swell you will know it will be soon

daryl is mostly right. one of the first signs you'll see in pregnancies is swollen nipples, but they will swell more shortly before labor.
usually cats have a hard time getting comfortable within a day or two before labor. they shift positions often and can even move to different hideaways.
if she's removing her fur, the big day should be here soon enough. have fun w/all the kittens and post pics. i love newborns!

They are both right, that's how my old cat reacted, and she had her kittens a few day's later.
