Q: When will i get my samples!!!!

Some samples come quickly, some take a really long time & some never come. They all come from the individual companies that offer them so I doubt ZooToo really has any control it. The offer goes to the company. Since some of the companies are also offering the samples from their websites, it may take longer for them to get their samples out because they have a huge volume going out. I never got any of my Natural Balance samples but they were freebies anyway so no biggie.

I have received all but two that I ordered. Some take a really long time, like a couple months. Just have to be patient I guess.

You will eventually receive them. IF you feel that TOO much time has passed, contact Zootoo.

I received the Pegetables about 6 to 8 weeks after I ordered them. I have not received my sample from November. Since there are only 5 offers available to me, and some I wouldn't use, I have only ordered twice. The last order was Pedigree I believe, and it is the one I am waiting on. Sometimes there is a supply and demand issue, delaying the shipment. I wish they would add more samples to the list...

Mine have always come in 4 to 6 weeks,except for the Jungle water test strips,which I ordered in March.
