Does phase 1 end Thursday, March 12 at midnight or at midnight on Friday, march 13?

One more day after today - it ends at 11:59 on Friday.

I was confused, like you were. The site tells you 1 day left on the shelter ratings page and on the rules page, it says 3/13 11:59PM. I believe it is 11:59PM on Friday.

I am thinking it's Friday at midnight or 11pm EST. I'm pretty sure it's till then and doesn't end tonight but I guess we'll all find out if it's today won't we!
