Q: When does the Spring Photo Contest end?
I know it's Monday the 31st, but what time? If you know, please tell me where you found the answer. Under Terms and Conditions they have: "The Zootoo.com Spring Pet Photo Parade begins at April 30th, 2010 and ends at May 31st, 2010." They've got a place for it, but have left the time out.

look in terms and conditions. it says through the 31 so i guess that does mean mindinght

Under the contest's "Terms and Conditions--Official Rules And Regulations", Rule #5 (Selection Of Winners), it is stated that the winner will be chosen on the basis of "...valid votes received.....through May 31st, 2010". This should mean all votes UNTIL it is June 1st! So, Daryl's answer, until midnight, appears to be accurate.
