Q: When do the samples come?

I told my pets that I requested some samples through Zootoo in November, but they still have not come. I was wondering how long it takes. Midnight is getting impatient.

I didn't recieve our treats either. It has been about 8 weeks.

usually 6 to eight weeks-one I ordered took about three months-forgot I ordered it.

Forever! Some never arrive, sorry to say. I ordered something in October and have yet to see it. Some come MONTHS later. Go figure.

I am still patiently waiting also for my treats. It has been 5 weeks so a few more won't hurt..

Still no show after weeks and weeks. I guess it varies. Not a biggie, but I had thought a variety of samples would be available at any given time, and the process wouldn't take so long that you even forgot you'd ordered them.

they usually come in six to eight weeks-my first order was 4 weeks -second was six weeks
