Q: When do the samples come?
I told my pets that I requested some samples through Zootoo in November, but they still have not come. I was wondering how long it takes. Midnight is getting impatient.

Forever! Some never arrive, sorry to say. I ordered something in October and have yet to see it. Some come MONTHS later. Go figure.

I didn't recieve our treats either. It has been about 8 weeks.
