Q: whats the law on vets altering medical reports

If a veterinary altered medical reports what are the consequences.If vet submitted reports different then mine(mine were copied) in court is that malpractice or perjury or something different
really need to know .

I need more information?? What documents were different then yours? Was something falsified?? I would think that any falsified documents were illegal, especially if submitted in court.

Well I don't know for sure, but if a vet or anyone takes documents into court that have been altered to influence the outcome of a case, I would think that's illegal for sure!

If the paperwork was altered and submitted in court, it's illegal. Good thing you have copies of the same document to prove it.
