i only use hylyt on my dog. it is soap-free and contains essential fatty acids which helps moisturize the skin and replenish any oils that are lost during the bath. also, it smells really good!

you can get it from your vet or i think i have seen it in petsmart.

I agree that a baby shampoo or oatmeal shampoo is great!!

I agree with Jessica T for just a regular dog bath - baby shampoo or an oatmeal shampoo. They're both gentle and non-drying to dog's skin. They're also both relatively inexpensive. If your dog has skin problems or if (as someone else mentioned) you're looking for a white-coat or black-coat shampoo - there are other options that would be more geared to specific issues.

My dog TAXI has a lot of white on her, and I've been using the Hartz Whitener Shampoo by Groomer's Best. She really shines.

I use baby shampoo or an oatmeal based shampoo. Walmart and Petsmart carry some great shampoos for good prices.

We always use an oatmeal based shampoo. It's really good for their skin and smells good.
