Q: what treats make dogs happy?

My dog loves dark meat chicken. I use chicken as a training treat so he does not get a large amount at one time. I do not feed him commercial dog biscuits.

Seems most dogs love those "Greenies" - kind of expensive and seem to be getting scarce but That is the treat of treats for our Wheaten Terrier. Also looks forward to her evening treat of Frosty Paws.

My dog loves Milk Bones. I used to feed her Purina One and sometimes she would not eat. Now I feed ProPlan for Sensitive Skin and Stomach and she barks for her food. She just loves it. I also put green beans on her food to help fill her up with few calories (suggested by a vet.)because she gets fat easily.

My dog loves biscuits, cookies and rawhides. Dog cookies are his newest favorite from Petco. Sometimes he gets a little something from the table :-)

Pepperoni is always a great treat. Ours dogs would have lived on them if we allowed it!

My dogs love the new Greenies. The old Greenies were presenting a problem that has now been taken care of so they are great for doggies.
