for bad cat that bites everybody hands when being petted and bitting feet as well. I try spraying with water, saying no, ignoring him not working i been doing this for tree weeks already please tell me there something i can but to help me.

I think your cat is showing play aggression give him more play time but if you have had him forever and this just started outta nowhere take him to the vet he might be sick has anything in his life changed new dog new cat a move something like that.
