What should I do about my picky puppy?

My dog is so picky about what he eats. He wouldn't eat his Nutro-Choice, and he's eating a little bit of his IAMS right now. I don't want him to starve, but I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I would try Innova. It's all natural and dogs seem to love it. It is not only tasty but it is very good for your dog. It's a little pricy but it's the best dog food around and your dog will love it.

I found if I added about 1 tablespoon of canned food mixed in well with the dry it would get eaten a lot quicker then just dry. I would warm the canned food before mixing it in and that brought out the aroma.

Some dogs are just picky. I leave food in my dogs bowl and they eat it when they are hungry. If your dog is eating then thats a good sign that he like this food better. Id just give it a bit of time. My oldest dog did that when we switched from nutro to eukanuba, but he came around.
Are newest member bruce didnt like dry food when he was introduced to it. so we added nutri-stat but that was because he was so skinny. Now he loves the dry food.

If he's been checked by a vet and has no health issues he will not starve himself. Little dogs have very tiny stomachs that don't hold much food. If his weight is correct for his size he's doing good. If in doubt about his weight ask your vet. It's healthier to be on the thin side than overweight. With some dogs the more you try to get them to eat, the more picky they get. I worked at a vet and had many dogs. I put dry food down, they get 20 minutes to eat and then it gets picked up. They all learn to eat what they get. If one doesn't finish it's because they don't need the calories that day, usually do to not as much exercise that day.

Is it dry or wet food? Maybe try a wet and or mix it with dry.
