Like others said, no need for DNA testing. Why does it mateer? It won't make him any of a better dog.
He's very beautiful.
I'd say some Anatolian Shepherd Dog and rhodesian ridgback in him and maybe some lareger hound in him too.

What a cute dog!!How thankful that someone like you could take him in and give him the home/love he deserves! He DEFINATLY is a Ridgeback mix. Just love him for who he is and never look back. Love doesnt come in breeds.

I would say rhodesian ridgeback mix. A friend of mine had one and Duncan looks alot like she did. He is very beautiful.

I will never understand how any human being could ever leave an animal behind like they did. I agree with others....just love the beautiful fella. If someone ask's what breed he is...just say...."My Beautiful Duncan" :-)

Its a mutt-save your money and just accept and love it for what it is!I don't understand this need for DNA testing at all!A good dog is a good dog! RIGHT?

We had a boxer/shepherd when I was a kid and Dunkin does not look like our dog at all so I don't think it's that mix. It does seem to have a shepherd look to it, but not boxer.

boxer ridgeback would be my guess. it isvery hard to tell with the mixes but that sure is a pretty dog

It's a little hard to tell from the photo, but I see Dane and either shepherd or boxer. He is one lucky fellow to have been found and given a forever home!
