And who makes it? I found it at PETCO - my dog loves i, but I don't know what it's called.

That's a Cuz. It's the absolute, number one favorite toy of dogs at my daycare. It's made by Tough by Nature.
They come in three sizes and several different varieties. The "Good Cuz" (ball with feet but no horns) is the favorite of the daycare dogs. They also like the Octopus one. We call it "Squidward."

You use it like a ball, and the feet make it bounce in an unpredictable manner. I think you can also get it from Entirelypets.com, which might be a little cheaper.
