What is the best way to keep a dog's teeth clean?

Are there any chews or treats out in market that actually clean the teeth?

The plain white all natural bones are the best and they won't break their teeth plus if pieces break off they can digest it. Be careful with rawhide it can get stuck in their digestive tract, I know from personal experience. The best way is to brush them, a vet will tell you everyday but if you can even do it once a week it helps. You can use human tooth brushes, make sure they are soft, dogs enamal is softer than ours, but be sure you use ONLY dog toothpaste, human toothpaste can poison them b/c they swallow it.

Brush their teeth a few times a week. If tarter builds up, have their teeth cleaned by the vet. You don't want them to get gum disease and lose their teeth. My vet sold me a rawhide-looking chew that is treated with something to help remove plaque and tarter. They smell disgusting to me though. My dog likes them.

Yes, there are many product to clean our pets teeth. I usually brush my dog's teeth every 2 days and beetween I give her at treat 1 dental breath tab that I found at Walmart made by 8 in 1 D.D.S. Angel loves her breath tabs as a treats better than brushing her teeth jiji

I have actually never brushed my dog's teeth. She keeps them pretty nice by chewing bones and occasionally I will give her treats that supposedly clean her teeth. She has never had any complications from unclean teeth (except maybe her breath is not always the most fantastic thing to smell, but what dog's breath is?).

Brushing is best but there are products to help. Chewing a bone helps and there are products that you can get at a pet store and supermarkets also sell them.

You should brush your dog's teeth regularly (be sure to use dog toothpaste only). Greenies are a great in between product.
