Really like the idea if automatic litter box. Reason is it controls ordors
amazingly. I guess that's what I'm looking for-Odor Control! Any suggestions for this. I have 4 cats!

I loved the idea of a box that would help with odor problems and cleaning. Then I went out and got one. (You can see the exact model that I purchased in my reviews.) I regret having made the purchase. The system requires premium clumping litter. The finer litter would clump onto the rake and jam it. It had to be removed and carefully cleaned, tooth by tooth. The box was huge but the litter still got kicked out. The cats learned how to open the trap door and pulled out the little bags. They liked using it but it didn't save me any work. I unplugged it and use it as a regular box. My best advise is to CAREFULLY look over the system before you buy it and consider using multiple regular boxes instead

My boyfriend really wanted an automated litterbox and I thought it was silly, so he did a LOT of research to convince me.

We got the Litter Robot, because it seemed safest and most efficient. Ours is reconditioned, which is $100 cheaper than new. It's great! One cat jumped in it right away, and the other started using it after 3 days. We kept carrying her over to see the other cat use it and coaxed her up to it with treats.

Now, no problems, no odor, we just change the bag every 4 or 5 days and put another scoop of litter in the sphere. It also has a 60 day guarantee, which is nice, and it even looks cool!

i have used them for serveral yrs now. They range form 100.00 to 250.00. Not to mention you have to buy containers and carbor filters. If you have more then one cat it doesnt do much good and its expencive. But if you just have one cat it works pretty good
