Q: What is a ZOOTOO VIP?

I can see an ad that says " Your pet deserves to be a Zootoo V.I.P. Nothing happens when I click on it. What's that about?

I didn't see the ad. Maybe they think MY pets don't deserve it.......:-(

A few months ago, Zootoo sent home e-mails about this program and made it sound like only a "select few" Zootooers were eligible, yet even some "newcomers" (i.e., people below Zoomaster status) apparently received the same e-mail. (A marketing strategy!)
I didn't read the details carefully, but it turned out to be various services available FOR A PRICE. Things like help finding your lost pet, rebate/refund of something like $25.00 per pet microchipped, etc. Zootoo essentially was trying to make Zootooers feel "special" by being offered such a program, but I don't think it worked--once Zootooers realized there were "fees" attached to being "special"!
I also tried clicking on the ad, and was brought to the Zootoo homepage.
