Q: What Does This Mean?
The one year old white kitty next door to me named Snow White is pregnant. Today she was in my backyard and she kept on trying to go into our garage. I want to know if she has already had her kittens. So I ask this she has no fur around her nipples like it has been chewed off by her but I don't know if she is lacktating at all. Something Slimey and milky looking did get on my shirt though when I was holding her today. So has she had her kittens yet or not?

does she still have her big baby bump? cats pull the hair out around the nipples shortly before they give birth, though i'm unsure if they start lactating a few days prior, too. she may be about to or perhaps just had her kittens. if they're not in your garage, chances are she considered giving birth in there.

Jillian is our local expert on cats, but I agree. She was probably looking for a nice quiet place to have her kitties. If you couldn't feel the kits in her belly when you held her, then she had them recently. Keep an eye on her. You might be able to follow her to where she had them, or she might still try to bring them into your garage - keep your ears open for tiny little 'mews'.
Good luck!
