We have great pyrenese with long thick coat. wondered if furminator would work on her

The furminators are great and they do come in a large size, a long tooth rake could also work but as for getting out the shedding hair I don't think anything beats the furminator.

Personally I think the Furminator is too small a tool to use on a Pyr. I would recommend a rake and combination of brushes on that thick, long coat.
